Technical Issues

We had do design system to, who doesn’t have well it knowledge and there was complex logic behind the system. So we had to manage those issues.We gave more attention to design user Interfaces. Because stakeholders of this system doesn’t have well it knowledge. Then we designed simple and attractive user interfaces. Here are few examples of how we provide them simple and attractive interfaces.

We highly consider about security of the system. Because we store donators email address, phone numbers etc. We used encryption methods when we store data in database.There was an issue that our system should be compatible with their hardware equipment (Hard disk capacity, Ram etc.) Those hardware equipment was not sufficient to run our planned system. So that was a huge issue. As a team we decide to give them those hardware equipment as well as system.

We didn’t have good experience with JavaFX and Google calendar API. So we had to learn lot about those two new technologies. In limited time period learning new technologies and developing a successful application is not an easy task.When we developing system we had to connect MySQL RDMBS as well as Google calendar. There were issues with connection. 

But as a group we can endure those issues and can success of project as we wish.
